04 Free analyzer
Free clause risk analyzer
Paste a single clause and get a severity-ranked read with suggested redline wording. No account, no email, nothing stored. This page shows sample analyzer output so you can judge the format before you trial the full engine.
Findings appear here
Each finding shows the severity, the part of the clause that triggered it, and the redline wording a reviewer would send back. Load one of the examples on the left if you would rather not paste your own text.
Scope
What this page does and does not do
The public analyzer reads one clause in isolation. The workspace reads the whole instrument, which is a materially different exercise.
- 01
One clause, no context
Definitions, carve-outs and cross-references living elsewhere in the agreement are invisible here. A liability cap that looks harsh may be fine once you read the exclusions in the next clause.
- 02
Market baseline, not your playbook
Severity here reflects a general commercial standard. In the workspace, severity reflects the positions your own general counsel signed off, which is what actually determines whether a clause is acceptable.
- 03
Not legal advice
Clauzy is a review tool used by qualified people, not a substitute for them. Nothing on this page creates a lawyer-client relationship, and no output should be sent to a counterparty without a human deciding it is right.
Run the same review across a whole agreement
Full-document review, playbook scoring, tracked-changes export and version comparison are in the workspace. Trials are fourteen days and need no card.
